CX Program

A Customer Experience (CX) Program is the discipline of selecting, prioritizing, and operationalizing customer experience opportunities and systematically improving how:
1) each project will impact the experience, and
2) organizations interact with and provide value to their customers on an ongoing basis.

A CX Program combines a set of initiatives, projects, tools, and processes used to implement a Customer Experience Strategy.
